Chef Victor Moya was born in Caguas Puerto Rico, at the age of 5, his family decided to move to Orlando, FL. He first stepped into the culinary world by working in fast food but soon built his way up, fast track to 2010 where he did an apprenticeship at the Club Car, a fine dining restaurant located on Nantucket island under the mentorship of Tom Proch.
He attended the Culinary Program at Valencia College where he received 3 technical certificates in Culinary Arts in 2010, five years later he received 3 certificates in Business Management. Chef Victor Moya has a passion for cooking but most importantly he enjoys cooking for other people and seeing their reactions when they take their first bite. Victors goal is to become a business owner in Florida, at the age of 29 Victors future looks bright!
